Royalty-Free Image Usage Policy

Purchase of a license to use our royalty-free images allows the following usage:

You may use the image in any type of publication, print or online, for advertising or illustration, as many times as you wish, with the following limitations:.

• You may not sublicense, sell, convey or transfer your rights to the image
• You may not sell the images as a stand alone file
• You may not sell the images in any way that would allow a third party to download, extract, or access the image as a stand alone file
• You may not post the images online in a downloadable format
• You may not use the images in any products for sale whose primary value lies in the image itself, such as posters, calendars, t-shirts, etc.
• You must retain the copyright symbol or other legal notices that may be imbedded in the electronic file containing the original image
• You may not incorporate the image into a logo, trademark, or service mark
• You may not use the images in any unlawful way

Termination and revocation

The license contained in this agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Kerbox.com if you fail to comply with any provision in this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately:

1. Stop using the images
2. Destroy the images in your possession
3. Delete any electronic images from your computer premises and storage

Intellectual property ownership

The images are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of Buzzy Kerbox
